Lincat Phoenix PHER01 Electric 6 Zone Induction Oven Range – Three Phase

The Phoenix PHER01 is the new induction oven range launched by Lincat in March 2018. This unit brings power, durability and energy efficiency at a cost effective price. Designed with 6 x 1.85kW induction zones and inbuilt pan detection which is only activated when a pan is in position, saving energy as well as money, as only the pan is heated, providing a more comfortable kitchen environment. The powerful 6kW, fan assisted oven provides fast heat up times and has a 6 x 1/1 GN capacity enabling up to six different foods to cook simultaneously and evenly. The PHER01 also features multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection for long service life. Supplied on heavy duty castors for easy manoeuvre to make deeper cleaning effortless.
