Special Edition C-DR1 – Dresdner Series #1 Leather on Carbon/Bamboo

The carbon fiber Dresdner series features the same cores and coverings as our classic Tonkin Dresdner models but with a proprietary 10.5mm carbon fiber shaft finished with a custom bamboo finish.  Benefits of these models are flawless pitch and weight matching throughout the range and a much higher natural pitch.  All of this equates to a more rigid shaft response compared to Tonkin, with ultra quick rebound and response. Stacked leather washers custom die cut for consistency, 1 1/4″ diameter. Very articulate bright, clean and clear. Extremely durable and long lasting. Also excellent for percussion chamber music, tom toms, bongos etc.
